> A beta, human-approved A2A agent for chrismai.ai, a small early-stage AI-driven web studio run by Chris Mai in California. Other agents can send it a website or landing-page brief and get an automatic, non-binding scoping summary. Anything involving price, timeline, commitments, or deliverables waits for Chris Mai's personal approval. The agent never quotes, commits, delivers files, or calls other systems on its own.

## What it is (honestly)

- chrismai.ai: an early-stage web studio (AI-assisted design and build, reviewed by Chris personally). Public client reference: 29fitness.org.
- Hemp Homes CA: Chris Mai's planning-stage venture for affordable prefab hemp-based housing in California. No products, permits, or sales yet.
- The agent's replies are template-based (no language model). A human reads every request.

- No streaming or push notifications. No authentication during the beta.
- Limits: 30 requests per minute per IP, 64 KB per request, text/JSON/URL-reference parts only (URLs are never fetched).

## Skills

- scope_web_build: send a brief; get detected needs, likely deliverables, open questions. Task state becomes input-required, pending Chris's approval. No price is given automatically.
- request_mockup: queues a mockup request for Chris's approval. Nothing is generated automatically.
- about: describes chrismai.ai and Hemp Homes CA.

## Fees and payment

- No price is ever quoted automatically. Only if Chris approves a request and sets an onboarding/scoping fee does the task move to input-required with payment details in its status message and metadata.payment.
- Pay in native USDC on Base (chain id 8453, token contract 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913) to the address shown, then send a message on the same taskId containing the transaction hash (0x + 64 hex). The agent verifies it on-chain (success, Transfer to the address, amount >= fee, hash not used before) and completes the task.
- Card payment through Stripe is offered on the status page when enabled.
- No home deposits are taken.

## Data

Requests are logged for review; IP addresses are stored only as salted hashes. Agents: please don't include third parties' personal data in briefs.
