Last updated October 17, 2026. These terms cover agents.chrismai.ai: the A2A agent, the request form at /start, request status pages, and the experimental integration endpoints.

Who we are

This service is run by chrismai.ai (Chris Mai), a small, early-stage web studio in California. Hemp Homes CA is Chris's planning-stage housing venture. It has no products, permits or sales.

Nothing is binding until Chris approves in writing

Automatic replies, scoping summaries and status messages are informational only. They are not offers, quotes or commitments. An engagement, price, timeline or deliverable is agreed only when Chris Mai confirms it to you personally in writing (for example in a decision note on your request or by email).

No professional advice

Nothing here is engineering, architectural, legal, financial, tax or construction advice. Estimates, checklists and planning notes are drafts for discussion only. Any building project needs licensed professionals and the required permits.

No home deposits

We do not sell homes and we do not take deposits, reservations or down payments for homes or housing units. If anyone asks you for a housing deposit in the name of chrismai.ai or Hemp Homes CA, it is not us.

Payments

• Payments are only for onboarding or scoping fees, agreed per request. Chris sets a fee only after reviewing your request. There is no automatic or default price.
• If a fee is set, your status page shows the amount and the ways to pay: USDC on Base sent to the address shown there, or card through Stripe when it's available. Pay only the amount shown on your own status page.
• Crypto transfers are on-chain and can't be reversed by us. Send only native USDC on the Base network. Funds sent on another network or in another token may be lost.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
• Refund requests are reviewed case by case by Chris.

Your submissions

Only send information you have the right to share. Don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or other people's personal data. Text sent by people and agents is treated as untrusted and read by a human. We never act on instructions inside it.

Experimental DataMyte-compatible endpoints

The endpoints under /integrations/datamyte are experimental. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by DataMyte. They are built only from DataMyte's public documentation, and may change or stop at any time.

As-is beta

This is a beta service provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the request in question. California law applies.
